New Post Office branch for Milton Keynes now open at Hobbycraft

Milton Keynes has a new Post Office branch in the city, following the launch of a new store in Hobbycraft at Rooksley – the second post office branch to open in a Hobbycraft store in the UK.

Friday's launch of the Central Retail Park branch was carried out by the Deputy Mayor of Milton Keynes, Councillor Paul Trendall.

“The opening of Patriot Drive Post Office is a real boost to the Rooksley area of Milton Keynes as it makes it easier for people to visit the branch where they can send and collect mail and parcels as well as doing everyday banking,” he said, “Milton Keynes started as a new town and it has grown into a city and an additional Post Office will really benefit people.”

    Post Office services are available throughout Hobbycraft’s opening hours: Monday – Friday: 9am – 8pm; Saturday: 9am – 6pm; Sunday: 10.30 – 4.30pm.

Darren Kay, retail director at Hobbycraft, added: “Introducing Post Office to Hobbycraft Milton Keynes is incredibly exciting. This new partnership enables us to bring Post Office services to retail park locations and offer essential banking, mail, and travel services to the local community. Our store colleagues are eager to deliver these services alongside the expert hobby and craft guidance they provide day in, day out.”
