New initiative to stamp culture into the heart of Milton Keynes

Cultural venues and libraries across Milton Keynes have come together to launch an exciting new campaign in a bid to encourage people to explore the city’s Culture.

A Pedalling Culture initiative, the unique, Cultural Passport challenges people to visit four venues, collecting a green challenge stamp at each location. Launching this weekend, Saturday 1st December, the Cultural Passport is recognised, and can be stamped, at 17 Milton Keynes venues – from MK Museum and The Stables, to Bradwell Abbey and Westbury Arts Centre.*

From this Saturday, until Sunday 6th January 2019, participants have five weeks to complete the challenge!

Not only is this a chance to discover and explore the cultural side of Milton Keynes, all completed passports will be entered into a draw to win some fantastic prizes, including a £100 intu Gift Card or the hire of an electric vehicle for the week.

The Beavers from 1st Stony Stratford Scout Group, were the first to get their passports stamped during a test evening challenge which saw them explore the public art on display at Milton Keynes Theatre, complete a trail at MK Gallery, and discover the MK Monster at Central Library!

Cultural Passports are available at all participating cultural venues, The EVEC centre on Silbury Blvd, any of the libraries across Milton Keynes, or they can be downloaded from the Pedalling Culture website.
