MyMiltonKeynes BID welcomes new Board Directors

    MyMiltonKeynes – the city’s Business Improvement District (BID) – is pleased to announce the appointment of three new Directors to it's Board: Emma Sullivan, Theatre Director at Milton Keynes Theatre; Jane Riley, Operations Director at Hotel La Tour; and Nick Roberts, Head of Property at Santander.

    MyMiltonKeynes – the city’s Business Improvement District (BID) – is pleased to announce the appointment of three new Directors to its Board: Emma Sullivan, Theatre Director at Milton Keynes Theatre; Jane Riley, Operations Director at Hotel La Tour; and Nick Roberts, Head of Property at Santander.

    These appointments bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the BID Board, further strengthening its commitment to enhancing the Milton Keynes City Centre business community. The Board, comprised of volunteer directors, plays a pivotal role in setting the strategic direction and ensuring the overall governance of the BID, working closely with the CEO to drive initiatives that benefit the local business environment.

    Chair of the MyMiltonKeynes BID Board, Paul Davis, commented on the new appointments: “It’s great to have Emma, Jane, and Nick on the Board. Their diverse skills and experiences will greatly contribute to our mission of making Milton Keynes City Centre a vibrant, exciting and successful place to have a business, now and in the future.”

    Emma Sullivan joins the Board with a rich background in the arts and theatre management. As Theatre Director at Milton Keynes Theatre, Emma has been instrumental in bringing high-quality cultural experiences to the area, fostering community engagement, and contributing to the local economy through vibrant arts programming.

    Jane Riley brings extensive operational and entrepreneurial experience to the BID Board. As Operations Director, Jane has demonstrated exceptional leadership in hospitality management, customer service excellence, and business development. Her insights will be invaluable in promoting Milton Keynes as a premier destination for business and leisure.

    Nick Roberts adds significant expertise in property management and development to the Board. As Head of Property at Santander, Nick has overseen numerous high-profile projects, including the opening of Unity Place and brings a strategic perspective on real estate and infrastructure that will help guide the BID’s initiatives to enhance the business landscape in Milton Keynes.
