MK's Eat Out To Help Out - are you a local business continuing the scheme in September?

After the success of the government's 'Eat Out To Help Out' initiative in August, many local restaurants, cafes and pubs are continuing the scheme throughout September.

The government's Eat Out To Help Out scheme, designed to encourage people to eat out and support the hospitality industry with 50% off a meal (food and non-alcoholic drinks) Monday to Wednesday - with a maximum discount of £10 per person, is due to finish at the end of August.

After receiving reports that the scheme has been so popular in Milton Keynes that pubs and restaurants have had to turn customers away, with some saying they have never seen their establishments so busy during the week, many have suggested that they will be continuing the offer themselves throughout September.
