Newly promoted Oldham Athletic travel to Stadium MK for term starter.
Paul Warne's side will entertain Oldham Athletic at 3pm on Saturday 2nd August. It will be the first game in League Two for the Latics since their return to EFL action following three seasons of non-league football.
The Dons will then travel 244 miles to Barrow on 9th August for their first away trip of the season.
Milton Keynes will host Boxing Day football again in the 25/26 term, with Swindon Town visiting Stadium MK, before the Dons travel to Colchester United on New Year's Day.
Over Easter, the side from MK1 will host Barrow on Good Friday, before travelling to Oldham Athletic on Easter Monday.
The final game of the League Two season sees MK Dons travel north to Fleetwood on 2nd May.
