An 18-year-old from Milton Keynes was reported missing in Manchester last week.
Hessen Firomsa moved from Milton Keynes up to Manchester around two weeks ago.
He was reported missing from the Newton Heath area in Manchester on Saturday (23/1).
Although he was last seen in Manchester, he has clear ties to Milton Keynes, so residents are advised to keep an eye out.
