Earlier this week, seven shops across Milton Keynes were tested for underage sales of alcohol and vapes.
Locations included CMK, Stantonbury, Bletchley, Shenley Lodge and Broughton, and the checks were carried out by a mix of Thames Valley Police Neighbourhood teams, TVP Licensing and MKC Trading Standards
Of the seven stores tested, police said that 'six shops passed with flying colours.
'Unfortunately, one premises failed for the sale of vapes to a young person,' TVP said, 'Trading Standards will now lead on the enforcement relating to this.
Advice has already been given to the shop that failed, and Trading Standards will follow up.
Vape shops that passed will also receive positive feedback.
