Milton Keynes City Council has closed Sherington Road due to flooding.
Sherington Road from the B526 Northampton Road junction to the A509 Chicheley Roundabout junction has been closed by Milton Keynes City Council due to flooding.
A spokesperson for the city council has said it will be reopened to traffic "once it is safe to do so".
Residents are being urged to not attempt to drive through the water and use alternative roads.
