Milton Keynes Post Office has opened today (Nov 4) at a new temporary location at Unit 33 and 33a Midsummer Place, Milton Keynes, MK9 3GB.
This new premises was the former Clarendon Fine Art Gallery (opposite Five Guys) near the ‘Frog Clock’. It is due to be at this location until Tuesday, November 25 at 5.30pm.
The Post Office opening hours will be Monday to Saturday,9am – 5.30pm.
An interim Post Office has been operating from Milton Keynes City Council’s civic offices since July, which restored service to the community. Regrettably, due to essential maintenance work needing to be carried out at the council offices, it closed there on Friday evening.
Work is ongoing to restore service at the permanent location at Unit N1 802 Midsummer Boulevard, after a suspected arson in May.
The permanent branch is due to re-open on Wednesday 26 November at 1pm.
