Fancy a coppa? Police in friendly chat campaign.
An invitation to local people to join them for a cup of coffee and a chat has been issued by Milton Keynes Police.
The chat over a cuppa has been organised for tomorrow (20th September) outside Starbucks, Queens Court in centre:MK, from 1pm to 4pm.
The ‘Coffee With A Cop’ proposal is designed to let residents let off steam about worries, issues, questions or to just have a chat.
“Got a question, concern, or just fancy a chinwag with your local bobbies?” said a spokesperson.
“Come and join us for Coffee With A Cop this Saturday. Whether you’re a resident, worker, or just passing through – we’d love to meet you. Spill the beans with your local officers – no filter, just friendly chat.”
Officers say they will also have some free gifts to hand out.
