Milton Keynes Mum launches singing career

From Heartbreak to Healing: New single shines light on child loss.

A powerful new single called “Hello/Goodbye” is being released by local entrepreneur Sarah Brason – and 100% of the proceeds are going to charities Sands and Beyond Boundaries Foundation.

Sarah Brason, a local mother, creative entrepreneur and business owner, is releasing her first song with all the money raised going to support two charities that are very close to her heart. The single, which explores the themes of grief, hope and light after loss, will launch at a special live event, Voice 4 Good – Music that Makes a Difference, on 6th October at the Delta Marriot Hotel in Milton Keynes. Sarah will perform the song live for the first time and share her keynote speech alongside support from other musical guests, all accompanied by a delicious three-course banquet.

The event aims to raise awareness and funds for charities Sands and the Beyond Boundaries Foundation with a silent auction and insights from both charities. Sands supports families navigating pregnancy and baby loss, provides training to a wide range of professionals, and works to improve maternity and bereavement care. The Beyond Boundaries Foundation is dedicated to making life-changing complementary therapies accessible to those facing physical, emotional, and mental health challenges.

Sarah says, “Grief and child loss is still not talked about, despite 1 in 4 pregnancies ending in loss. This leaves parents feeling isolated and alone. I have spoken on BBC Breakfast and BBC Radio 5Live about my experinces to help people feel less alone. I want people to know there is life after loss. This isn’t about me, but about helping listeners feel hope in the face of such suffering. ”

The charity single was written and performed by Sarah Brason, with production and support from Ramzi at RDS Music, Isy Clarke at Grange Fram Studio, and Alex from Alex Tranter Music. It will be available to stream and download on all major platforms from 6th October, with launch night guests treated to the first ever live rendition.
