Milton Keynes Mayor's Awards 2026

The Mayor of Milton Keynes, Councillor James Lancaster, is calling on residents to nominate individuals or groups that have made an impact in our communities for the Milton Keynes Mayor's Awards 2026.

"Over the past six months as Mayor, I’ve had the honour of meeting countless inspiring individuals and groups who go above and beyond to support our community—often without expecting any recognition.

Now, I’m inviting you to help us celebrate these unsung heroes by nominating them for the MK Mayor's Awards 2026. It’s our chance to shine a spotlight on the people and organisations who work tirelessly to make Milton Keynes a better place for everyone.

I have proudly seen many inspiring individuals and groups across the City, plus with the support from citizens and the judging panel, I am confident this year unsung heroes will shine through for what they offer in Milton Keynes.

Submit your nominations today and let’s give them the recognition they truly deserve!"

We are delighted to be hosting the Mayor's Awards on Friday 27 February from 18.30 during the Mayors Civic Reception and hope that nominees will pencil this date in their diary, as we’ll be inviting the winner and two runners up from each category to attend along with a guest each.
