Milton Keynes residents are being offered the chance to get themselves and their kids aged 7 and over 'fit for free' through summer with specially selected sessions.
Local gym, énergie Fitness, are offering free fitness classes through the week and in different locations around the city so that anyone can access them.
Rob Francis, owner of the Kiln Farm club says, “The aim of this initiative is to get families in MK up and out into our amazing parks and local spaces and join us and our members in being active together in a range of free fitness classes.
"So whether you fancy taking on our Ultimate bootcamp session at Campbell Park or maybe testing your dancing skills with our Zumba class or want to try a family friendly circuit session - we’ve got your back!”
“What’s more, with our two clubs at either end of the City and us already running outdoor classes at Willen Lake North and Campbell Park in the Week, we have the perfect ability to offer something that pretty much anyone should be able to access.”
