Fundraising event to be held on World Food Day.
Food poverty charity MK Food Bank has released details of its forthcoming challenge day which will take place on World Food Day.
“We’re excited to invite you to take part in MK Can Quest 2025 – our most exciting challenge yet,” says the charity on-line. “This half-day event will be held on the afternoon of World Food Day, Thursday 16th October.
“Bring up to four teams of four per organisation and put your problem-solving skills to the test in a fun, supportive environment at Campbell Park. With less walking this year, but even more physical challenges and brain-teasing puzzles, you'll have two hours to collect points and complete the quest.”
After the challenge, organisers have arranged a celebration and networking event with pizza, prizes for winners and runners-up, and certificates for all participants.
The event will support the cause through competing teams’ fundraising efforts. Perfect for corporate or community team building, the event costs £100 per group of four, which includes pizza. There's a post-celebration event at Midsummer Tap.
