Milton Keynes’ Broughton Fire Station will be hosting a charity open day on Saturday, August 10, to raise money for three charities alongside its partners, Thames Valley Police.
On Saturday, August 10, between 11am and 4pm, Broughton Fire Station will be holding a charity open day. This year, the station are hoping to raise money for three separate charities with the support of it’s partners Thames Valley Police (TVP).
The chosen charities are, The Fire Fighters Charity, Thames Valley Air Ambulance, and The British Heart Foundation. All proceeds from the event will go to charity.
The event will have a BBQ serving hot food and refreshments, an ice cream van, demonstrations from fire crews, several fun stalls like ‘soak a firefighter’, a prize raffle with items from brands like Beaverbrooks, Radley and many other local businesses.
