Milton Keynes family pub left 'devastated' after outdoor furniture stolen

A Milton Keynes family pub say they have been left 'devastated' after outdoor furniture was stolen from their garden.

The Cross Keys pub in Woolstone took to Facebook to share news of the theft.

Posting on Monday, the pub said: "It is with the greatest of sadness that upon arriving to work this morning we were to find somebody has stolen our outside furniture."

"As a small family run business in these uncertain times this has devastated us."

"This limits seating for our guests to enjoy the beautiful sunshine."

"If anyone hears of any rattan furniture for sale please do send us a private message, we will be going through our CCTV today hoping we can find the people who did this."

Members of the public quickly rushed to give their support to the pub, with many commenting that the news has come at an already tough time for hospitality in Milton Keynes.

The pub has remained open throughout the week and has a number of alternative outdoor seats available for guests.
