Milton Keynes Council are searching for locals to complete their pandemic public transport survey

Milton Keynes Council wants locals to answer a series of questions about how the pandemic changed the way they use public transport around Milton Keynes.

A previously released survey showed that around 48% of people weren't sure what their new travel plans would look like after lockdown, as much Milton Keynes Council are now wondering if things have undergone a permeant change as they plan for the future.

As such, the Council want to gather as much information on the matter to best inform their decision making going forward.

In a post released on their social media, the Council described the survey and its aims as they said: "We want to know how the pandemic has changed the way you travel and use public transport in Milton Keynes.

"Feedback will help us understand travel behaviours and demand, and inform future decision making and service delivery."

The survey consists of seven questions which primarily focus on how the events of the last year have shaped people's perception of public transport - whether that be for better or worse.

Locals have before 28 June to log their responses, which should only take a few minutes and could prove vital for improving Milton Keynes' public transport system in the future.
