It’s a celebration of success for Milton Keynes’ leading care home provider, PJ Care as survey results crown them one of the best UK companies to work for.
The latest Best Companies survey, completed anonymously by staff, have placed PJ Care as the 3rd Best company in the whole of the UK Health & Social Care Sector to work for and the number one Care Home.
Staff survey results also make PJ Care:
- The 60th best large company in the UK to work for
- The 16th Best Company in the South East to work for
- A Two Star ‘Outstanding’ company to work for
Company Chairman, Neil Russell said: “I am absolutely delighted. These results are the views of our staff.”
Details of the survey reveal that:
- 78% agree PJ Care is run on strong values and principles
- 76% agreed PJ Care encourages charitable giving
- 60% agree they are fairly paid
“It’s fantastic to know our staff feel it’s so good to work or us, the work they do is incredible and we work hard to make their work as enjoyable and rewarding as possible, these results are a reflection not just of PJ Care but of the great work our staff do in caring not just for our residents but for each other.” said Neil.
He added: “However, we believe there is always room for improvement and this survey means we can focus on the right areas to continue to improve life at work for our team.”
