One lucky person will be handed the keys to a 2-bed apartment, completely mortgage-free, for just £5.
Inspired Sales & Lettings, an independent estate agent that has a branch in Milton Keynes, has decided to raffle off one of its properties.
The property is an apartment just outside of Milton Keynes, in neighbouring Northampton.
It is a newly refurbished two bedroom, first-floor apartment situated in Far Cotton, with Northampton University and Northampton General Hospital nearby.
The estate agents say the apartment "boasts high ceilings and large windows" and has a newly refitted kitchen and bathroom.
This property would usually set back buyers at least £150,000 but it is being raffled off at, quite literally, a tiny fraction of the price.
£5 will get you one ticket in the raffle, and the estate agent wants to sell 50,000 of them.
There is no limit on the number of tickets that one can buy.
