High winds are expected to affect Milton Keynes and surrounding areas today (07/12), causing travel disruption in some areas.
The Met Office warns that there may be some bus and train services affected, with some journeys taking longer.
Delays for high-sided vehicles on exposed routes and bridges are likely and damage to trees is possible, some short term loss of power and other services is also likely.
The yellow warning is in place in Milton Keynes until 11:59 tonight.
The warning comes as Storm Barra brings very windy conditions to the UK with severe coastal gales in the west.
