McFly, Roger Sanchez and other acts set to perform at festival near Milton Keynes this weekend

The Ampthill Festival will be welcoming big music acts from Friday (3/9) through to Sunday (5/9).

The Ampthill Festival, which is organised by volunteers, is a community-focused event that attracts both big names and upcoming local talent.

The family-friendly affair is split into three themed days. Amplify takes place on Friday, which will see internationally-renowned DJ Roger Sanchez perform on the main stage. Radio 1 DJs Judge Jules and Kissy Sell Out are also on the lineup for the day.

Then, on Saturday, Amprocks will welcome Brit award-winning band McFly. They will be headlining the main stage, with other acts set to perform including Ash, Sleeper, Club 89 and other local artists.

ReVamp will close the festival on the Sunday with varied performers including Arrival (an ABBA tribute band), Brainiac Live, and Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalist magician John Archer.

Visitors to the festival will be required to show proof of vaccination status or a negative COVID-19 test. This must be done through the NHS COVID-19 app.

The event is expected to be incredibly popular so people are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance. You can find out more information about the event, and book tickets, by clicking here
