McDonalds Xscape to reopen for takeaway tomorrow

It has been confirmed that McDonalds Xscape will be reopening tomorrow (24/6) for takeaway only.

This is the first site to reopen for takeaway, as six other restaurants in Milton Keynes are currently only offering drive-through.

McDonalds has said that visits will look "a little different" and orders may take "a little longer than usual".

Customers will be able to use till points and self-service touch screens to order food - the screens will be cleaned by staff every 30 minutes.

Food can also be ordered via Click and Collect on the McDonalds app.

There will be various safety measures in place including one-way markers on the floor, Perspex screens, and hand sanitiser stations.
