Marks and Spencer have leased a new 360,000sq ft warehouse in Milton Keynes.
The warehouse is located close to Tattenhoe and was previously leased by Cadbury's.
It comes as supermarkets across the UK seek new warehouse space due to the coronavirus crisis.
Asda and Tesco have already taken up new warehouse locations across the country.
The new M&S warehouse will be located close to existing tenants Suzuki and DS Smith.
It is not yet known if any new jobs are associated with the new warehouse.
