Over 150 children gathered at Midsummer Place last Saturday (18/6) to showcase their talents.
The young stars from Milton Keynes were performing in the hopes of winning a part of the £1,000 cash prize and the opportunity to join the Make-Believe Talent platform.
Managing director Joel Kern and industry experts judged the singing and dancing auditions across junior (6-9 years old) and senior categories (10+).
40 finalists were chosen and they will now compete for the crown and £500 each at Stantonbury Theatre in October.
Previous winners have gone on to become stars, with 2018 finalist Klaudia Gjergji starring in West End production ‘On Your Feet’ this year, and 2017 winner Charis Tetteh taking a role in ‘School of Rock’ since last year.
Marketing Manager at Midsummer Place, Kirsty McGiff has said “The event was a huge success, and it is incredible to see the huge array of talent we have in Milton Keynes. Well done to everyone that took part whether you were a finalist or not.”
