Major logistics company aquires 21-acre warehouse in MK

    Gazeley announced yesterday (10/2) that it will open a premises at Magna Park and develop a unit called Magnitude 312.

    The intention is to develop a 312,700 sq ft distribution and logistics hub which is within a 4½ hour HGV drive of 45.8 million people in the UK.

    Joe Garwood, Development Director, said: “Across the UK, we continue to see high demand for logistics space. However, customers are increasingly requiring higher specification buildings and leading sustainability credentials.

    "With Magnitude 312, we have focused on delivering flexible space that allows our customers to tailor to requirements while ensuring that it has all the sustainability features that modern supply chains require.”

    Magna Park, located between J13 and J14 off of the M1, is already home to John Lewis, Waitrose, River Island A.G. Barr and UK Mail.
