John Lewis Milton Keynes to re-open next Thursday

John Lewis have confirmed that their Milton Keynes store will be re-opening next Thursday 25th June.

The store is one of a batch of nine around the UK that will re-open on the same date.

It will mean 22 John Lewis stores will be open across the country, and gives a big boost to The Centre MK.

John Lewis's Bérangère Michel said: “We are taking a gradual approach to reopening to make our shops as safe as they can possibly be for our customers and Partners but this was a very welcome first step."

"Our first customers were really struck by the fact that they could still have an enjoyable experience and get the inspiration they wanted.”

As well as the Milton Keynes store, locations in Cribbs Causeway, Leeds, Liverpool, Newcastle, Peter Jones, Southampton, Tunbridge Wells and York will also open their doors next week.

The news comes as Centre:MK records a significant growth in spending since re-opening at the start of this week.
