An incident at Milton Keynes Train Station earlier today has been confirmed as a medical episode.
People had taken to social media making mention of a large amount of blood, and the area was cordoned off, which led to a large police presence.
But in a statement, Thames Valley Police said: “Our enquiries have since confirmed that the incident was medical in nature — an individual experienced a medical episode which resulted in significant blood loss.
“The person was treated by South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust and taken to Milton Keynes Hospital for further care.
“We can confirm that no criminal investigation is taking place in connection with this incident.”
