With more categories than ever before, the judges are keen to learn about the exciting digital and technology innovations being developed by individuals, education establishments and businesses within the SEMLEP region.

This years’ BrightSparc and Digital Awards judges include an impressive cross-section of experts from some of the South East Midlands (SEMLEP) areas’ most advanced organisations. With everyone from a Milton Keynes councillor to university directors, bankers, digital forensic experts and sustainability specialists.

The Biztech BrightSparc and Digital Awards are an opportunity for innovators, designers and techies to showcase their latest and greatest work, all of which have contributed to Milton Keynes being named the fifth largest digital technology city in the UK this year*.

With more than 30 years in the technology sector, one of our judges and compare at this years’ awards, Cllr David Hopkins says: “The rapid growth of advanced technologies being discovered and developed in this area makes the Biztech BrightSparc and Digital Awards a hugely exciting and challenging one to judge.

“I’m looking forward to finding out the details of how ideas have been conceived, the creativity and uncertainty involved in their development and the incredible successes that have been seen as a result.”
