Local charity The Henry Allen Trust are collecting unwanted Christmas gifts for care packs to be used by hospitals.
The charity will also use some gifts to aid its fundraising activities, for example as tombola or raffle prizes, in order to raise much-needed funds for good causes. Examples of gifts they are looking for include everything from gift sets and make-up to bottles of wine and spirits.

The charity was launched in 2013 in memory of Henry Allen to bring 'happiness' to children and families battling childhood cancer. They aim to create awareness of childhood cancers and assist families upon diagnosis.
