From House of Commons to Challenge House for Milton Keynes MP

MP Callum Anderson has chosen Challenge House as his Bletchley constituency office.

In order to be accessible and on hand to support local companies and constituents, the Member of Parliament for Buckingham and Bletchley wanted to be centrally located at the heart of his constituency and opted for an office space at the thriving business hub.

The award-winning serviced office space, part of the Landmark property portfolio, is home to a growing number of regional and global companies. “My team and I chose Challenge House as the base for our Bletchley office because it’s in a great location and already home to lots of businesses, big and small," Callum said: "For me, it was really important to be based somewhere that shows I’m supporting local businesses and backing Bletchley.”

Navraj Johal, Chief Marketing Officer at Landmark, said: “Landmark are delighted that Callum and his team chose our serviced offices at Challenge House, as their base for the important work they are doing  across the Buckingham and Bletchley constituency and the country.

“Challenge House is a great place for people who are looking for serviced office space in Milton Keynes. We look forward to the exciting times ahead for Bletchley and know that Callum and his team will have a major role to play in its ongoing future success.”

Challenge House has seen an increasing influx of big businesses, SMEs, start-ups and charities choosing the popular hub for their operations as Bletchley continues to benefit from significant investment in the Oxford-Cambridge Growth Corridor, helping to boost commercial growth in the area.

The government has long recognised the Oxford–Cambridge Corridor as a globally significant region, and there is now a renewed push for growth. Bletchley sits at its heart, helping to drive an estimated £78 billion boost to the UK economy by 2035. Positioned between two of the world’s leading university cities, Milton Keynes will benefit from major investment in East-West Rail, providing fast, modern links between Oxford and Cambridge.

Located next to Bletchley train station, Challenge House is at the centre of the Corridor, with the successful business base bringing benefits to the increasing number of companies specialising in AI attracted to the town and the surrounding areas.

“Representing Buckingham and Bletchley is the greatest privilege of my life. This is an area rich in history, innovation, and community spirit - from our vibrant towns and villages to the dynamic city at the heart of the constituency," Callum added, "At the General Election, we made history together: the first Labour MP for North Buckinghamshire since 1966 and for Bletchley since 2005. Every day, I feel proud and grateful to serve the people who call this incredible place home, and I’m committed to working tirelessly to help it thrive.”
