5 On It Foundation, with the help of funding from MK Council, are excited to be running a FREE basketball coaching programme at the Lakes Estate outdoor basketball court starting this Friday 1st July.
This slam dunk activity is part of 5 On It’s ‘Gang Today Gone Tomorrow’ anti-gang initiative that uses sport to encourage young people to stay away from gangs and harvest safety at street level.

The sessions are headed up by basketball legend Nigel Lloyd who played professionally for 6 BBL clubs including Birmingham Bullets and London Lions. Learn from the best with prizes to be won! Boys and girls of all levels welcome!
