Fire crews called to Milton Keynes flat following reports of smoke coming from a washing machine

Crews were called to Netherfield last week (27/11), following reports of smoke coming from a washing machine.

Two fire engines and crews from West Ashland attended the property in Netherfield.

Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue say smoke was issuing from a washing machine.

The firefighters used a thermal imaging camera and small gear.

They isolated a washing machine, in a ground floor flat and provided ventilation and advice.

No one has been reported injured or hurt.
