Two fire crews are this afternoon tackling a field fire in Newport Pagnell.
The crews, from Newport Pagnell and Broughton, were called to the blaze which is affecting approximately 75,000 square metres. Farmers using cultivators have created a full perimeter of the area, which is being inspected by firefighters.
Firefighters are using hose reels, beaters, a thermal imaging camera, a wildfire unit and a water carrier at the site, on Hardmead Road.
