Eid Festival returns to Milton Keynes this weekend

    Eid Festival, organised by Events & Arts Society returns to Milton Keynes Rugby Club Emerson Valley this year on Saturday 16th July 2022 from 1pm to 7pm.

    This celebratory multicultural festival has grown to attract thousands of people annually and provides a platform for small business to showcase their business.

    In light of it being such a historic year, festival organiser have prepared their most ambitious event program to date.

    Eid Festival supports Islamic Relief charity as their charity partners to raise money as good donations. In addition, Kashif Raza the sole event organiser at Events & Arts Society, has arranged a whole host of activities to engage the public.

    A raffle is also set to take place with Milton Keynes stores making donations for the prizes.

    The event will run through music with classical Qasida, Hamd, Naat, Qawaali, modern Nasheed and live Ghazal singing performance by local singer Temoor Alam.

    Food lovers are in for a treat with a generous range of multicultural cuisines available at the Eid Festival consisting of mouth-watering live cooked food the local community businesses.

    Alongside all of this Eid Festival will also include of community stalls, funfair and interactive activities. The event is also to mark Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee celebration and Pakistan’s 75th Independence celebration.
