A driver has been charged with five offences, including failing to stop for Police, drug driving and driving without a license, following a pursuit in Milton Keynes on New Year's Eve.
The driver was also charged for dangerous driving and driving without insurance.
Police have also stated that the driver failed to provide a specimen in custody.
The man will appear at the Crown Court in due course.
In a separate incident on New Year's Eve, Police stopped a man in Milton Keynes who was 'driving erratically', was over the drink drive limit and also had no valid insurance.
The incidents come after a long campaign to stop motorists from Drink Driving over the Christmas and New Year period.
