Death of man being treated as 'non-suspicious' after body is found in Milton Keynes canal

MKFM contacted Thames Valley Police following reports of a body being found in the canal near Springfield in Milton Keynes.

A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police told MKFM: “At around 8am today (11/11), we were called after a 37-year-old man was found deceased in the Grand Union Canal near Stamford Avenue in Springfield.

“His next of kin have been informed and are being offered support.

“At this time the death is being treated as unexplained but non-suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”
