Comic Relief donation money stolen from Olney Middle School

Olney Middle School suffered a break-in over the weekend with items including Comic Relief charity donations being stolen.

As well as money which was raised by students and staff for Comic Relief, other items including money and forms for school lunches and clubs were also stolen.

In a letter to parents, Olney Middle School Business Support Manager Mrs Tate said "Over the weekend our school building was subject to a break in. In addition to the damage caused accessing the building, further damage was caused as the thieves sought to access a secure cupboard via the ceiling."

Parents have reacted angrily to the news, with many expressing that their children are disappointed that money they had raised for charity had been taken.
