Clean Bandit, Kula Shaker and other acts announced for popular festival near Milton Keynes

    The Ampthill Festival will be welcoming big music acts from Friday 14th July through to Sunday 16th July.

    The Ampthill Festival, which is run by volunteers, is a community-focused event that attracts both big names and upcoming local talent.

    The weekend event is split into three themed days with AmpRocks taking place on Friday 14 July, AmpProms on Saturday 15 July and AmpGala on Sunday 16 July.

    Grammy award-winning group Clean Bandit have been announced as headliners for AmpRocks. Brit nominees and serial number 1 band Clean Bandit rose to fame with ‘Rather Be’ and Jess Glynne, ‘Rockabye’ with Sean Paul and Anne Marie, and ‘Solo’ with Demi Lovato. 

    They will be joined on the Friday night by late 90s band Kula Shaker, Rock band Black Honey and local rising stars Jacob & Amelie.

    On Saturday July 15th, the Ampthill Concert Orchestra, Redborne Jazz Band, and Ampthill Town Band will be taking to the stage alongside some special guests. 

    AmptGala on Sunday will see a parade, entertainment, fun fair and music arena.
