Charming Milton Keynes pub welcomes customers back after major upgrade

Woughton on the Green pub Ye Olde Swan has reopened following a six-figure investment this autumn.

The Chef & Brewer pub – part of pub company and brewer Greene King – is welcoming customers back to experience its new and improved offering from today.

The Ye Olde Swan now boasts spacious areas for guests to drink and dine, with its interior fully renovated to create a warm and cosy atmosphere, with new furniture, stylish décor and extended bar and restaurant areas ensuring more modern facilities that cater to groups both large and small, all whilst maintaining the pub’s traditional rustic feel.

Outside, the garden has been transformed with more than 100 additional outdoor covers, partnered with new lighting and upgraded garden furniture to ensure elevated alfresco dining experiences all year round.

To celebrate the relaunch, the Ye Olde Swan invited local residents and loyal customers Norma and Brian Baldwin to cut the ribbon marking the pub’s official reopening.

"The Ye Olde Swan is a beautiful Grade II listed pub in the picturesque village of Woughton on the Green, and we’re proud to offer the local community a friendly welcome and great selection of food and drinks, day in and day out,” said Ye Olde Swan’s general manager, Sylwia Pasieka.

“Following our recent investment the Ye Olde Swan has a wonderful new look and feel, with modern new furnishings and additional seating both inside and out to create a welcoming space for dog walkers, families, those popping in for a midweek drink or friends looking to celebrate the weekend in style.

“We’re excited to unveil our new and improved look, and we look forward to welcoming both our regulars and new customers in to experience the wonderful Ye Olde Swan’s hospitality!”

Following the reopening, the pub is seeking talented people to join both its front and back of house teams. For more information and to apply, visit this link
