Put your thinking caps on to come up with names for Ringway's pair of gritters and your chance to win a £50 Love to Shop voucher.

As winter sets in and the roads and redways across MK start to get icy, Milton Keynes City Council and their service provider Ringway are ready to keep residents safe with a well stocked salt barn and gritters for those frosty mornings.

Now is your chance to be immortalized in Milton Keynes-based gritting history and win a £50 Love to Shop voucher.

    How to enter

Submit your nomination for the gritting pair using the form below by 5pm on 19/12/2023.

Your entry must be for a duo e.g. Trev and Ros but be creative or include a wintery theme!

Trev and Ros, from the MKFM Breakfast Show, will choose the final three best suggestions for the public to vote on. The vote will take place on MKFM’s website on Wednesday 20th December.

The winner will be announced on MKFM’s Breakfast show on Thursday 21 December. The prize is a £50 Love to Shop voucher courtesy of Ringway Infrastructure Services.

The new dynamic duo will join the other seven gritting lorries plus redway gritters, Roger Spreaderer and Gritter Thunberg, as part of the Council’s winter team that help to keep MK’s road and redway network safe from October to April.
