Broughton Fire Station in Milton Keynes will be hosting an Open Day this weekend, allowing local people to get a look into the life of a fire fighter.
On Sunday 11th September, between 11am and 3pm, Broughton Fire Station will be opening its doors to the public for an Open Day.
Multiple demonstrations will be taking place throughout the day including a ladder rescue, road traffic collision incident and a chip pan demonstration.
Families and friends will also be able to enjoy food, drinks, face painting, a bouncy castle, soak a firefighter activity, coconut shy, lollipop game, raffle, meet police and discuss recruitment opportunities.
There will also be a chance to have a go at a fire hose.
