Fire crews have rushed to put out a blaze on a field in Milton Keynes this evening.
It is reported to have started at around 9pm this evening with eyewitnesses saying it was located on the field between Waitling Street and Calverton Lane, opposite Two Mile Ash.
Smoke has been seen by residents as far away as Hodge Lea, Wolverton and Stony Stratford.
People in the area have reported to MKFM that the fire has now been extinguished by the fire service and the amount of smoke in the air is starting to reduce.
The cause of the blaze is not yet known.
