    PoetsIN and Central & North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWLNHS) are providing young people in Milton Keynes, aged 18-25, free mental health & wellbeing workshops.

    PoetsIN is a charity created for people struggling with their mental health by two poets who have struggled too.

    The charity provides mental health and wellbeing support services through a variety of creative mental health programmes, designed specifically to help those struggling with mental illness by providing tools to reduce the symptoms of mental illness. 

    Thanks to vital funding from CNWLNHS, PoetsIN have limited spaces available on their free mental health wellbeing workshops. The workshops are interactive, fun and offer a safe space within which to purge and communicate. The programme will also equip attendees with tools to help manage their mental health. 

    Available programmes

    • 6 week creative mental health programme - 48 places available 

    • 1 module from creative mental health programme - 40 places available

    • 121 creative mental health programme and mentoring - 20 places available
