Another suspected arson in Milton Keynes leaves van set on fire

At around 5:30 last night (27/02), a suspected arson attack left a van on fire in Willen Road, Tongwell.

One appliance and crew from Broughton attended the scene and firefighters used one hose reel to extinguish the flames.

This marks the second suspected vehicle arson in the area this week alone. There was another incident last Friday morning (26/02) that saw a car set alight.

Authorities are still investigating the cause of the fires but anyone with information about these two events should call Thames Valley Police immediately on 101.

It is currently unknown if these two fires are connected in any way.
