The Eagles Rest development in Wavendon has enjoyed an increase in demand and all properties are now sold.
Homebuilder David Wilson had welcomed a range of house hunters at the Burney Drive development; from one to five bedroom properties, which made the area a hit with first time buyers, second steppers and growing families alike.
