Age UK Milton Keynes has reported that thieves stole from the charity's furniture store in Kiln Farm on Friday (19/6).
The store had operated an online booking system with all customers needing an appointment to enter the store. This system was in the process of being modified when the theft allegedly occurred, and the charity says it is not clear if the thieves had made an appointment or had just turned up.
Items that are said to have been stolen are a bike and other household items.
This news comes as Age UK Milton Keynes reports that they have lost a 'large proportion' of their annual income with the closure of their stores.
The stores are run by volunteers and there are stores in Kiln Farm, Bletchley, Wolverton and Olney.
