As we approach BludFest and Forever Now, we want to take a moment to prioritise everyone’s health and wellbeing – especially considering the hot weather forecast for the day.
Please take a few moments to review the following welfare reminders:
• Sun protection: There is very limited shade across the festival, so we strongly encourage everyone to apply high-factor sunscreen before arriving and reapply it throughout the day.
• Stay hydrated: Bring drinking water with you - water in unopened plastic containers up to 1.5L are allowed. Empty refillable bottles are permitted also. Free water refill points will be available outside the front of each entrance and across the festival for easy access throughout the day.
• Seek support if needed: If at any point you begin to feel unwell or affected by the heat, please speak to the nearest steward or member of security. They will be able to alert the medics and welfare teams, who are on hand to assist as needed.
• Bags: Bags no bigger than A4 are allowed in. However, if you are bringing a bag, please be aware this can slow down entry as searches will take longer.
Looking after yourselves and one another helps make this a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
