78 year old woman left with 'life threatening' injuries after grid road crash in Milton Keynes

    Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a serious road traffic collision in Milton Keynes which has left a 78-year-old woman with life threatening injuries.

    At 12.30pm yesterday (18/9), a collision occurred between a red Honda Civic and a grey BMW Mini at the junction of H4 Dansteed Way and Burnham Drive in Bradwell Common.

    As a result of the collision, a woman suffered serious neck and spinal injuries, and was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, where she remains in a critical condition.

    Investigating officer PC Michael Sapwell of the Joint Operations Unit for Roads Policing, based at Milton Keynes, said: “I am appealing to anybody who witnessed this collision, or who may have any information to assist our investigation to call 101, quoting reference number 43180286413.

    “I am also urging anybody who may have dash-cam footage of the collision to contact us.
