33 patients currently being treated in Milton Keynes Hospital with coronavirus according to latest data

    The latest update tells us that 31 patients are being treated for COVID-19 at Milton Keynes University Hospital, with one currently being treated on a ventilator bed.

    The latest data, released by the government weekly, includes people admitted to MK Hospital who tested positive for COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to their hospital admission and those who tested positive in hospital after admission.

    The data, which tells us how many patients are being treated in MKUH, tells us that as of Tuesday 19th October, there are 33 patients being cared for in MK Hospital, with two being treated on a ventilator.

    10 patients were admitted on Sunday 17th.

    There were also 33 patients reported last week.

    This comes as 232 positive tests were recorded today, taking the total number of cases to 35,409 since the start of the pandemic.
