
There were an additional 282 new coronavirus cases recorded in Milton Keynes today.
It means a total of 13,693 cases have now been recorded in Milton Keynes since the start of the pandemic - with 2,490 of these being in the past seven days.
The 7-day case rate in Milton Keynes has fallen today from its highest ever recorded rate yesterday of 1,010.6 cases per 100,000 people to 935.2 cases per 100,000 people today.
Nationally, an additional 54,940 people have tested positive for the virus with a further 563 people sadly dying within 28 days of a positive test.
For comparison, the current case rate in Bedford is 967.2, 605.6 in Central Bedfordshire, 905.9 in Luton and 614.1 for the UK as a whole.
